I help companies and individuals with things like water appropriation permits, stormwater permitting, and conditional use permitting.

Conditional use permitting is very important in getting your projects completed, I have helped large companies get these permits done in the oil fields of North Dakota. If you need help with your project, or are even unsure if you need help, perhaps I can help you.

If you disturb more than one acre of land for anything other than farming, you need a construction stormwater permit from the state or federal government, and to get that, you need a Stormwater pollution prevention plan, and I am certified to design such plans.

If you are going to use more than 10,000 gallons of water in a single day, or more than a million in a year that you are not getting from a municipality, you need to have a water appropriation permit, and report your usage at the end of the year. I can get those permits, and do the reporting for you.
